Abstract: Furbearer Trapping Districts (2018 and 2019 Seasons)
Purpose:
Display of FWP's furbearer trapping districts. Trapping districts represent areas where beaver, bobcat, pine marten, mink, muskrat, otter and swift fox can be harvested. Fisher districts differ from trapping districts (see the applicable management units layers). Wolverine and Lynx harvest is not allowed in Montana. Note: This layer does not depict Indian Reservations. Details regarding harvest opportunities within Indian Reservations are listed in the Hunter Access section of the regulations.
